Chris Arredondo - President

An award winning producer, honored Samaritan and accomplished entertainer, Chris Arredondo dedicates his talents to the people, communities and traditions that inspire him. Starting his career as a professional singer, dancer and actor in not only musical theater - but comedy, opera and drama as well, Chris became well versed in all forms of theatre and has performed, directed and produced across the U.S. and abroad for over 20 years. Arredondo’s diversified performance background, theatrical education with degrees in Theatre & Vocal Performance, technical/logistics capabilities and most importantly his years of experience in performance, shows & special events have established him as one of the nation's most creative and effective producers in the event entertainment industry. Teaming up with partner, Joey Funke in the early 90’s – they quickly established an exciting formula for special event production success and shortly thereafter created a partnership unparalleled.

Joey Funke - Executive Producer

Executive Producer/Founder of Eclipse Entertainment has a broad based theatrical background. His experience includes performing professionally from the age of fourteen on stage, television, music videos and corporate special events. His earlier years allowed him to learn and excel in the ever-growing spectrum of theatrical production. Joey earned a B.A. in musical theater with an emphasis on costume design in 1984. Along with his other creative talents in script writing, musical arrangement, acting and stage management (and being at the right place at the right time) thrust him into the opportunity of developing his own production company in 1985.

Joining forces with the talents of Chris Arredondo in 1989 established a stronger, more versatile and creative production team. Joey’s philosophies include “Knowing that it takes a team to be successful,” “Every detail is just as important as the whole,” “Flexibility is always an asset,” and “A cool head is a MUST” are the keys to a triumphant event.

Amy Waddell - Operations Manager & Talent Management

Amy Waddell has basically done it all in the 8+ years she has been a part of the Eclipse team. From production manager to talent manager and book keeper to Director of Operations she has proved to be an invaluable team player. As Eclipse Entertainment's head wardrobe specialist for over 5 years she designed multiple award winning productions such as the Moulin Rouge, Chicago, Coconut Grove, Out of Africa – just to name a few. Recently graduating from a notable graphic design school she also utilizes her talents in creating many of our key marketing pieces. Amy, always with a positive attitude, is a driving force in this challenging and ever changing entertainment industry and her hard dedication and eye for detail has elevated her to becoming a pinnacle element of the Eclipse Entertainment, L.L.C. family.

Brandon Singleton - Talent Manager & Operations

Though born in L.A., Brandon James Singleton was raised in the Lone Star State. Growing up with the experience in commercial and print work and spots on Dallas-based television shows, has helped guide and mold the professional regime needed for the industry. Brandon James has worked with such established venues here in Dallas such as KD Studios, Casa Manana, Fort Worth’s Bass Hall, and Dallas Summer Musicals.

After being accepted into Chicago’s private university, Roosevelt, for the arts, Brandon James was “unleashed into a world of opportunity”. Being given the chance to train and work with some of the top professionals in the business, he has traveled and toured all across the country adding to a long list of ever growing credits.

Though he has performed for high profile events with Eclipse Entertainment LLC, off and on since early 2004, recently joining our amazing in-house staff as our lead Choreographer and Casting and Talent Manager has allowed Brandon James to spread his wings, aiding in the creative design of some of our biggest events. Being a performer as well, has also aided in the distribution of new and innovative show concepts as well as cutting edge choreography.

Ginger Ripper - Talent Manager & Production Design

Having grown up in a theatrical family, with two dramatically talented eccentric uncles, who are highly successful in the industry, Ginger has experienced the gambit. With her experience in dance, spokes modeling, character acting, and much more all before the age of fifteen. Her professional career in this industry has definitely taught her the ins and outs of this ever changing business. Having returned to her roots at Eclipse Entertainment, Ginger has broadened her scope into design, production, talent coordination, and whatever her two uncles, Joey and Chris, ask of her. Ginger is in it to win it, making your next cutting edge custom themed event one to be remembered. Thank you Uncle Chris! Thank you Uncle Joey!

Barb Hopson - Accounting

With decades in the working world and diversity in her professional endeavors, Barbara wears (and fashions) many hats at Eclipse Entertainment, LLC. Some of her past working roles have included:

• Income Development Director for a national non-profit
• Catalog model for garden tools (and it’s still on the web!)
• Probation Department
• Counselor
• Office Manager
• Real Estate Agent

Bringing this wonderful diversity and knowledge to the Eclipse team, her official title is “Director of Office Support Services” which basically means making whatever needs to happen – happen, and we love her for it! From office accounting to human resource management to marketing – she basically does it all. Officially ‘the oldest newest team member’ of the Eclipse Family we are fortunate to have her on our side!

Lori Woods Smith - Choreographer

Lori Woods Smith is the head of the Dance Department at Lamar High School in Arlington Texas. When she is not busy sharing her passion of dance with her students she serves as a Board Member and the Vice President for Dance Theatre of Arlington, a non-profit organization that supports the IAM program which brings dance education to lower income Elementary school and produces the Teen Talent Follies which is a scholarship based talent competition for high school students. During the spring and summer months she tours the country as a judge for Cathy Roe's Ultimate Dance and serves as a choreographer for The Dallas Summer Musicals School of Musical Theatre. On stage she has performed for theme parks, industrial shows and regional summer stock… some of her favorite roles include Bebe in A Chorus Line, Velma in Chicago, Lorraine in 42nd Street, Charity in Sweet Charity and Janet in Rocky Horror Picture Show. Mrs. Smith has a BFA in Theatre from Texas Wesleyan University.

Kristen L. Garcia - Special Events Manager

Kristen Garcia is Texas born and raised. Growing up in the Dallas-Fort Worth area she started performing at the early age of 9 as she electrified the audience by singing, dancing and acting. Kristen’s training venues include local DFW theaters, opera houses throughout the state, Six Flags over Texas, the Gaylord Texan, Radio Disney and the Miss Texas Scholarship Pageant. She was a four time winner at the Johnnie High Country Music Revue and was featured on the weekly television show ‘La Vida’. Kristen currently resides in Austin attending the University of Texas and serves as the spring 2010 Pledge Class President and active member of the Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority. Eclipse Entertainment LLC has given Kristen the opportunity to showcase her talent as a performer at high profile events for the past couple of years. Because of her proven commitment to the company, Kristen has been welcomed into the Eclipse ‘In-house staff family’ as the new Project Manager of Austin and San Antonio. Kristen’s talent and creativity combined with her leadership focused skills in communication will give her an edge as she works diligently to spread the name of Eclipse Entertainment LLC to the Austin and San Antonio area.
